Engine Development:

Our design software capabilities exceed most major organizations. We use Solidworks Enterprise as our 3D modeling Design Platform with a fully built in PDM (Product Data Management) System

Computational Fluid Dynamics and Finite Element Analysis:

PFMan’s engineering department has extensive knowledge in the areas of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Computational Structural Mechanics (CSM) – tools made available by virtue of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) techniques coupled with advanced computing technology.

Engine Testing & Analysis

THREE soundproof, explosion proof Engine Test Cells with Dynamometer equipment from Superflow we test engines between 1 Horsepower up to 350 Horsepower including engines with propellers attached. Wide – ranging and Fast Data Acquisition: up to 139 data channels sampling data and displaying it at 100 lines per second to allow our experts to see exactly what is happening during testing.
