        • CNC Programmer and Machinist

            • We are currently seeking a highly motivated self-starter with a minimum of ten years of CNC programming and set up experience on 3-5 axis CNC machining centers.The ideal candidate will possess the follow skills at a minimum
                • Proficient with CAD/CAM software, preferably Delcam PowerMill.
                • Proven track record with industry references.
                • Capable of creating cutting strategies and toolpath from a 3D model, set up the CNC machine, and run parts to customer drawing.
                • Experienced in the designing of fixturing required to produce a part.
                • Proficient in complete inspection of produced parts.
                • Possess tools required in a machining type environment.
                • Have an extensive foundation of machining practices learned through the years as a machinist.
                • Mold experience is a plus.
                • Ability to effectively assist with quoting machining aspects of jobs.
                • Willing to work overtime as needed.

        • Mechanical Engineer

We have an immediate opening for a Mechanical Engineer who will work in the design, manufacturing and testing aspects of programsAbout PFMan: Based in Bowling Green, Florida PFMan operates out of a 20,000 foot State of the Art Manufacturing Facility with high speed CNC machines and engine testing rooms.Job Duties * Developing drawings, data files and engineering sketches, prepare drawings for fabrication, machining, molding and assembly using SolidWorks * Use solid modeling to Perform analytical calculations create models representing requirements including but not limited to flow body, flow body analysis, use of CFD/ FEA analysis preferable * Prepare fabrication and machining drawings and process sheets operations, including all manufacturing notes, tolerances, part weights, feature map, weld map and specifications including mold design * Maintain CAD database using PDM * Initiate Engineering Change Notes to process changes to engineering documents * Create BOM and WBS information of designs
                Requirements * BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering (min) * 3 years of experience with SolidWorks, Flow works and/or Ansys work bench preferable * GD&T experience * Strong written and verbal communication skills including reporting and preparing presentations * Experience preparing manufacturing drawings, preferably in fabrication and machining environments

        • Dynamo-meter Test Engineer

              • PFMan LLC is seeking a Dynamometer Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a core competence in testing engines. The ability to support the development of engine electronic control systems ( ECUs) working with sensors and electrical load banks would be desirable.
                The primary function of the Dynamometer Engineer position is to support, perform, and monitor testing from the initiation of the work request to the completed report. The Dynamometer Engineer is responsible for all report generation and validation of data, is in charge of all data management/analysis
                Core Responsibilities: Support customer program testing to meet critical timingOperate dynamometers for customized test programsAssures quality of test results ensuring all testing is performed according to specificationWorks with design engineers following the customer and the internal specifications and resolve issues encountered during testingManage calibration records for the Dyno Cells and ensures dynamometers are functioning according to specificationResponsible for implementing new technologyMaintains all database and document retentionThe ability to follows 5S best practice is desirableThe ability to performs computer programming for data analysis and report generation is desirable
                Job Requirements & Basic Qualifications: Three years significant ‘ hands on ‘ experience with Engines including Dynamometer Testing, Engine building, programming ECUs, Fuel Mapping and Turbocharging.Excellent Computer skills in: Excel, Word, PowerPointExperience with Windyn dynamometer software would be a benefitA BSc degree in any engineering discipline including basic knowledge of 3D Modelling would be desirable
      • Manual Machinist

          • Responsible for operating machine tools to produce precision metal parts and fixtures. Ensures products meet precise specifications. The ideal candidate will be able to set up and operate manual machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce metal parts. He will have a good ability to read blueprints and any specifications for a job. He will be able to select the correct tools and materials for the job. He will take responsibility for ensuring the machine shop work area is clean and safe and replace any worn out tools. He will be customer focused and willing to help his colleagues grow and learn. Able to train on CNC equipment as required.
